Massage therapy has long resonated with my desire to help others find peace, balance, and relief. As a mother and caregiver, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of compassionate, healing touch—both physically and emotionally. Massage therapy allows me to combine empathy, intuition, and practical skills to support others in feeling grounded and whole. I’m passionate about holistic wellness—helping clients restore balance in both mind and body. I’m particularly drawn to gentle, intuitive techniques that encourage the body’s natural healing process, relieve tension, and promote deep relaxation.

You never have to choose between a relaxing massage or a therapeutic one. Every single session in my private studio is entirely customized to what your mind and body need on that specific day.

Enjoy a relaxing ambiance with aromatherapy, an eye mask, and hot towels for your feet and back while enjoying your customized massage which may include swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, hot bamboo, cupping, gua sha or reflexology.

My space is also non-toxic, free of VOC's and synthetic materials. I use all organic and natural products.  Even my massage table was specially chosen so you can enjoy your time knowing that is free from VOC's, phthalates, and heavy metals. Linens are cotton. I also use a Blushield device in my space which emits continuously changing, nature based frequencies that your body can tune to, helping it stay balanced through constant EMF exposure. At Balanced Life Massage, we are as holistic and natural as it gets!

I also offer PEMF therapy, red light therapy, and a sauna blanket for stress relief and calming your nervous system.
